Poor service and Pathetic staff
Poor service, unskilled staff- - They consistently made errors on our employees' federal taxes. - They made calculations mistake for the exiting employees and created a lot of trouble. - They messed up things on their own, like not depositing the taxes on time, and irrelevant credit/debit bank transactions. We finally decided to close our services for them and moved to another service provider. I will not personally recommend Paychex at all to anyone as a business owner.
