SCAM ALERT: Zero Support, Intentionally Ignoring All Refund Requests!
This is a ghost company with absolutely NO real customer support. I purchased their Hong Kong VPS, but the network was completely broken (over 400ms latency, routing through the US instead of a direct Asian route). According to their policy, I requested a cancellation and full refund by submitting a ticket (#GCU-414682) on May 18th. It has been 6 full days, and there has been ZERO human response. They only use automated bots to send fake receipts, but they completely ignore the actual tickets. They are intentionally delaying responses to trick customers past the refund window. This is a total scam. If you buy from them, you are throwing your money away because if anything goes wrong, no one will ever reply to you. I have already filed a formal chargeback dispute with my payment provider to force my money back. AVOID CLAW CLOUD AT ALL COSTS!
