Subject: Official Complaint Against Earn2Trade – Account Rejection Despite Meeting All Evaluation Requirements I purchased an evaluation account under the old rules and regulations

Subject: Official Complaint Against Earn2Trade – Account Rejection Despite Meeting All Evaluation Requirements I am writing to formally submit a complaint against Earn2Trade regarding the unjust rejection of my evaluation account, despite my full compliance with all stated requirements at the time of purchase. 1. Account Purchase and Evaluation Period On June 21, 2026, I purchased a $200,000 evaluation account under Earn2Trade's old rules and regulations, prior to their recent updates. I committed myself to adhering to all evaluation rules, including the required profit target, maximum daily loss, and maximum overall loss limits. I traded diligently for a full month, achieved the profit target, maintained consistency, and received an official congratulatory message from the system dashboard confirming that I had successfully passed the evaluation. 2. The Unexpected Rejection Three days after receiving the congratulatory message, I was shocked to receive an email from the Compliance Department stating that my account had been rejected due to exceeding the maximum allowable number of contracts on five separate trading sessions during the evaluation period. 3. The Core Issue – Inconsistency in Rules and Support The company's published regulations at the time of my purchase clearly classify this violation as a "Soft Breach" – a temporary infraction that only results in a one-day trading suspension, after which trading resumes normally. This does not constitute a failure of the evaluation. This was explicitly confirmed to me multiple times by Earn2Trade's human support team via chat. On every occasion, I was reassured with the exact same response: "Don't worry, this is a Soft Breach. You can resume trading tomorrow." I followed this guidance and resumed trading each time, eventually reaching my profit target and receiving the official pass notification on my dashboard. 4. Key Contradictions in the Company's Actions If exceeding the contract limit was a serious violation, why was my account left open throughout the entire month? If it disqualified me, why did the system allow me to continue trading until I achieved my target? If it was a critical breach, why did the support team repeatedly tell me it was "no problem" and encourage me to continue? If I was "exploiting" the system by opening extra contracts, why did the platform immediately close all open positions and charge me commissions on those trades—resulting in a net loss with zero profit from those contracts? 5. The "Systemic Abuse" Claim – Unfounded and Unfair The company now claims that exceeding the contract limit five times constitutes "systemic abuse of risk limits." However: Nowhere in their published rules at the time of my purchase does it state a maximum number of Soft Breach occurrences. Nowhere does it state that repeated Soft Breaches convert into a hard, permanent failure. The company is applying a retroactive rule that did not exist when I purchased the account. This is legally and ethically unacceptable. 6. Lack of Proper Warning At no point did the support team warn me: "Be careful – if this happens five times, your account will be rejected." On the contrary, they consistently reassured me and encouraged me to keep trading. Had I known the risk, I would have adjusted my strategy accordingly. I was denied that opportunity. 7. Documentary Evidence I have attached the following documents to support my case: Proof of account purchase (receipt/transaction record). Screenshots of chat conversations with the support team confirming the Soft Breach and encouraging me to continue. Screenshot of the congratulatory message on my dashboard confirming successful evaluation completion. Full trading report showing all transactions. All email correspondence with the company. All of these documents clearly verify my claims. 8. Lessons Learned – Advice to Fellow Traders Based on my bitter experience, I strongly advise all traders to: Document everything – chats, trades, emails, system messages. Read the rules carefully and check for vague or ambiguous clauses. Do not trust support blindly – if they say something is "fine," ask them to show you where it is written in the official regulations. If you are wronged, do not give up – escalate your case to arbitration bodies. Share your experiences to warn others and protect their rights. 9. Final Warning I have decided to publish my story across all available platforms to warn other traders about this untrustworthy company and to prevent them from suffering the same injustice I endured.
