The while process was so simple and easy. I missed an email and when I pointed out a mistake in spacing I emailed right away, no worries because Nancy and her team were already aware of the issue and took care of it. Very professional and I love how my husband's 50th birthday plaque turned out and ahead of schedule which was a huge plus, ( his bday is memorial day 5/25) I was nervous about receiving it in time. No fear Nancy again to my rescue and I had the plaque in hand on the Thursday 5/21 before. So so happy I found this company,I will definitely do business with them again. -kelly c-
