Byron Del Rosario was a ROCK STAR
Byron Del Rosario was a ROCK STAR! I was checking 3 vendors with lead time being my top priority. EB was my top choice but the lead time was too long. So I almost picked another vendor but Byron's polite persistence and problem solving and communications were 100% better than all the rest. He literally "saved" this sale. He called, he emailed, he was polite and he was thorough. I will def shop with EB again thanks to this experience. - Rainer @ High Rider
