SCAM ALERT! **update to review below: The company reached out via email from a “Senior Manager”, Shauna Brant. I sent a very detailed email back to her as there is no direct phone number or extension that I could reach her at which is very strange. She didn’t even bother to respond. I’m convinced the company is run by bots. STAY AWAY! I ordered silicone bibs with Everything Branded. I had a tumultuous proof process where the person sending me proofs didn't understand basic instructions and I had to go back and forth with them over 40 times to get the proof corrected. That should have been my sign to stop contact with them. She sent the wrong proof to the factory, and my logo was printed incorrectly and with black ink instead of blue ink and the logo was not centered like I approved in the final proof. I've spent over 5 hours trying to call them and countless emails with their "Customer Care" team. I'm trying to get my money back and send back their ugly product. They have hung up on me, and flat out told me lies each time I call. They even sent me a proof along with a photo I sent them saying I was given the product exactly how I ordered it even though anyone with eyes can easily see that they printed the product incorrectly. They WILL NOT let me know if there's a manager I can speak to escalate. I now have to get our legal counsel involved because this company is stealing from us. STAY AWAY!
