Annoying UX problems
Annoying UX problems: I wanted to change a password at Amazon. 1password suggests a secure password, Amazon saves new password, logs me out, asks to login back with the new password, and... 1password did not save it! Did not save what it just suggested. I went to 1password, search for all instances of "amazon" (.com, .de, .co.uk) - none had saved the new password. So so so very annoying. Update: after suggesting the secure password 1password "saves" it, only after for me to find out that it did not save it. So the CS reply below is moot. My settings are fine. 1password sometimes (maybe most of the times) works fine. That's what makes it annoying because you don't know when it will fail, and when it does it becomes a huge waste of time. (Many more UX problems and workarounds, like if you "forgot" to enter 1password password, the pre-fill comes from old setups, like Mac Passwords, or browser password - wrong! - then you enter 1password password, and it still does not pre-fill correctly, you have to go back to user name input and move to 'password' window again.) If you are on Macs/iPhones, go with the native Passwords, far far more smooth. My problem is that I 'live' on multiple platforms.
