Beware of the hidden terms
Difficult to say how effective the product, MCT Wellness, is as I have had it for only 1 month and purchased what I presumed was a 3 month supply. Today I was notified by my credit card company that a $129.44 charge is pending for an order I did not place. Come to find out that I am somehow on a recurring order plan of which I knew/know nothing of. I was trying out the product! Who would subscribe to something without even knowing it is effective as intended. Additionally, I originally ordered (04/22/26) what I presumed to be a 3 month supply to try it out, but lo and behold, it exactly 30 days from my order this Gundry outfit has billed me for another 3 month supply. Couldn't sign into my account due to some "problem". Speaking with the rep on the phone was completely unsatisfactory in that she refused to halt the shipment and was continually pushing product and terms and discounts; said I would be sent an RA once delivered. She also said I consented to the recurring plan when I made my purchase; extremely fine print I never saw nor was directly prompted to accept. So, bottom line, I can't attest to the quality or effectiveness of the product but will most certainly not recommend it to anyone else based on unscrupulousness business practices. The company reeks of opportunism and very questionable ethics with horrible customer service. Gundry is certainly not the Hippocratic soother he presents himself to be in videos (though that is likely AI). He and his cabal are in it for the money on his terms, not mine and yours; customer be damned.
