I had money in account and was wanting to get it out so they walked me through transfer directly to my bank after having to do a lot of repeat steps it said I wold have money one to 2 days. Next day they transferred 11 cents and 13 cents the next. They then withdraw the 23 cents. So I thought they were going to send money next. I waited 3 days money hadn't came I called interactive brokers back they said I had to go back in and approve transfer. So anther step they hadn't tod me about. So I did all the steps to approve it and it said transferring. Then it said I had to get with my financial advisor to approve it. So I called back and they said I had to call advisor or they would not send my money. I argued to no avail. So I called advisor got him to approve me getting my money out of account. So I called back because money still hadn't transferred. Finally got someone on the phone and said would be 4 days. I said yall transferred money to my account withdrew it but now 4 days to send my money. I will never do business with them!
