Account suspended, deposit withheld, no proper reply
My T4Trade account was suddenly suspended on January 23 after they accused me of price latency/arbitrage trading, but they did not provide clear evidence. The worst part is that there were no profits generated, yet my remaining deposit balance of USD 1,282.59 has still been withheld. I have emailed their dealing and compliance teams several times asking for my deposit to be returned, but I have received no proper response. I am not asking for any profit. I only want my own deposit money back. This has been very frustrating and disappointing.
