This airline seems intent on taking advantage of people.
This airline is designed to rip people off. Each passenger has a 23x2KG luggage allowance for INTERNATIONAL flights, so I carried 1KG more (24KG). It cost me 1000 CNY (around $150 US). I’m not against charging for extra weight, but I travelled many places and at least charge per KG. On the flight, you have 10 minutes of complimentary WiFi; once connected, you spend the 10 minutes trying to access it, which is useless. The meal, kinda left over, or that meal cooked by an unprofessional chef. All the time from booking until check-in for your destination, messages and notifications (Juneyao App) to upgrade, and the entire process when there are no free-tier seats. I believe if they can, they would charge for using the lavatory.
