Pathetic experience
Pathetic experience ! Order hasn’t been delivered and I am continuously texting customer care since last 5 hours. Non responsive customer care. This is very frustrating and a special occasion is spoilt because of them. Completely untrustworthy. They charge the money and don’t deliver the products and there is no option to cancel or refund. It’s a test of patience! I am going to file legal complaint
