Very bad experience!!!! Went yesterday to their warehouse in Al Quoz to choose the balloons and cake for my friend birthday. Made an choice, colours shape everything. Asked 10 times to make sure everything will be the same for delivery. Today she got everything wrong!!!! You have ruined my friend birthday because the staff over there not paying attention to anything. No trust at all in this company. Please stop with this business immediately. You are making people only disappointed
