We ordered a desk THROUGH AMAZON from this company on April 4. After contacting them numerous times when we tried to track our order with the FedEx tracking they provided that showed "label created" for weeks, the desk never showed up. This was also after Amazon provided 2 delivery dates that went by. We contacted Amazon and provided what they needed to assist. After 9 days in their system, AMAZON returned our funds. It is now 7 weeks since we ordered. In messages back and forth to this company through the Amazon portal, the BEGGED us to drop the case against the, offering a 15% discount once the unit arrived. We didn't respond, we wanted our $ back which we fortunately got from Amazon.
