Good outcome
Ok, so yesterday I finally received a replacement hair unit. I had ordered in January 2026 so it did take a long time. However, they did not have the one I ordered so suggested another one, which I agreed to. It arrived yesterday and ive just opened it and it is much better quality on visual inspection. I am continuing to wear head wraps but pleased with the replacement.
