URGENT: Critical Data Feed Failure & Account Ruin
I am writing this as a final resort after waiting over 7 hours for a resolution from Breakout’s support team regarding a catastrophic technical failure on my account. Breakout claims to use OKX as their primary data feed, but my experience proves their data bridge is completely broken. On May 25th, I had multiple short positions on GRASS USDT.P with my Stop-Loss (SL) strictly set at 0.5390. However, due to a massive server bridge issue, my orders were forced closed at exactly 15:07 KST at "Ghost Prices" ranging from 0.5454 to 0.5460—prices that LITERALLY DID NOT EXIST on the OKX exchange. The facts are undeniable: 1 The official OKX high price at that exact moment was only 0.5419. 2 Even on Breakout’s own internal chart (which is supposed to reflect the OKX feed), the high was only 0.5437. 3 Despite my SL being set at 0.5390, I suffered an unacceptable 1.3% slippage, with my orders filled at 0.5460. This is not "market slippage." It is a clear infrastructure failure that destroyed my trading buffer, leaving me with only $150 of daily drawdown. This rendered my account practically untradeable and forced it into a failing state due to YOUR system error. "Update: Issue Resolved after firm intervention." The management (Ric) stepped in and acknowledged the technical issue. They restored my account and provided a fair compensation package for the frustration and missed opportunities
