MAGIC PRO
I have MAGIC PRO. I liked Big Magic but it wore out after 8-9 months. Pro is extremely large/cumbersome and has to options: a player and an app. I tried to return it for its size alone. Mira-Mate did n ot respond, later said they had not been contacted. None of the PLAYER controls respond except ON. It runs, but no idea what it is playing. Not music but "vibrations". Also downloaded their "frequencies" app. Sends nothing to the mat. Nothing. After 5 months, though there has been some weak, inconsistent response from MiraMate,.(There is a significant language barerier as far as helpful emails And the helpers have no authority to take returns. I can only desacribe it as a VERY costly mistake. And very much in the way as far as taking up space. I have degenerative lumbar spine and am looking at FluxHealth.
