I paid over €140 for a one-month account
I paid over €140 for a one-month account. It stopped working after 12 days. When I contacted the seller, he said G2G had frozen his funds, so he couldn't give me a replacement or a refund. He promised G2G would refund me from his balance instead. I sent G2G support every piece of evidence I had, including my full conversation with the seller. Three days later, they told me they couldn't help. So the seller blamed G2G, and G2G washed its hands of it, even with the proof in front of them. I lost €150, and 18 of the 30 days I paid for never happened. G2G is happy to take the payment and the commission. When a deal goes wrong, you're on your own. Their "buyer protection" means nothing in practice. If you care about your money, don't use this site. And never make a big purchase here.
