Service has gone Down Hill
All of last year (2025) delivery was good and food quality was good. Now (2026), delivery is unreliable ... late, no-show, damaged boxes, melted ice packs, and food quality has dropped ... substitutions, leaky fish packaging, crushed ingredients, condensation makes leafy vegetables slimy, etc. Delivery service is Ontrac ... terrible! Blue Apron Customer Service continually says they will escalate the feedback ... but nothing has changed. Time to look for a new food delivery service. I DO NOT recommend Blue Apron.
