No support to help, even if they made the mistake!
I received my order from Germany in 7-10 days. Unfortunately, the inverter I got is not the type that I ordered. I ordered POW-HVM1.5K-24V but I got POW-HVM1K-12V. I bought it for 129USD. I wrote them to support email address, no answer. I reached them through PayPal. To get the replacement, they want me to ship it back to China! It would cost me another ~63USD, that I have to pay and I am not going to get back. Now I have an inverter that I can not use. Never ever buy from them anything! Edit #1: 3 weeks after I first contacted them at official support email, finally someone sent me a postal label. Currently the product is on it's way back to a German address. I got a promise that after they receiving it, I will be get the replacement. I hope so.. Edit #2: Finally I received the inverter that I ordered. Their support system needs improvements to satisfy the customers. Also, the one-email-a-week response speed is not enough nowadays..
