Worse customer service
1. Unable to cancel wrong order immediately when I knew order was wrong. 2.Unable to contact staff to cancel/amend order. 3.Very poor customer service compared to Amazon. 4.Very unhelpful bot/person (ella) 4.Took my money and still ship when I finally told them in less than 1 day that order was wrong..
