It is good until you need support
I purchased the Mammotion Yuka 800 and, at first, it worked well. However, it later developed a serious obstacle-detection fault. Even a small daisy in its path causes the mower to try to avoid it. After a few days of rain, when the lawn is full of daisies, the mower goes in circles trying to find a way around them instead of cutting the grass. The mower was sent to Mammotion’s repair centre in Poland, where a part was replaced. However, the exact same fault reappeared as soon as the mower was used again. I have now been dealing with Mammotion support for over 60 days. They repeatedly ask me to send logs, which I do, but I receive no follow-up. Weeks later, I have to contact them again, only to be asked for more logs, again with no resolution. I have provided logs, photographs, videos, and clear evidence of the fault, yet the issue remains unresolved. Support continues to apologise and says the matter will be resolved soon, but after 66 days there has been no effective outcome. I regret buying this brand. At this stage, I feel I have no option but to pursue the European Small Claims Procedure so I can replace the mower with one that works properly.
