It's a scam.
After paying the order, we waited over 90 days with no delivery and no updates. When we contacted them, they suddenly claimed that the delivery had “failed” (despite the fact that we had never been contacted by any courier). They asked us to provide the correct address again, which we did, and then they simply disappeared. Shortly after, we started receiving emails demanding payment of supposed “customs duties” which were clearly fabricated. At that point, after a long and exhausting exchange of emails trying to understand what was happening, it became obvious that this was a scam. When we informed them that we would report the case to the Police and file a formal complaint, they started negotiating the refund instead of taking responsibility. Even then, they tried to push for partial refunds and drag the situation out further. Only after persistent pressure, daily follow-ups, and invoking EU consumer protection laws they finally agree to refund 100% of the amount. The entire experience was extremely stressful and time-consuming, even for someone like me who works with legal matters. I can’t imagine how overwhelming and frightening this would be for elderly people, like my parents, who were receiving threatening emails for weeks without knowing how to react. Unprofessional, intimidating, and completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs.
