If i could rate them a ZERO, I would. Their cuustomer service was the WORST through the whole process. They took almost double the time to deliver my engagement ring with little to NO communication. I had to keep contacting them back when they kept promising to reach out. I would have cancelled the whole order but their refund policy is a joke and I would've had to wait 30 days or more to get my money back. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere as you should too.
