Parcel monkey was amazing at first glance. I got an amazing rate using ups ground for a canvas painting being returned. Initial price was somewhere around 50 dollars. I was ecstatic! To my surprise 2 weeks later I have a transaction listed to my checking for 107.55. Parcel monkey explained my dimensions were incorrect. I measured multiple times and weighed w scale. Even if I was off a smidge w dimensions I don’t see how that constitutes 107 dollar fee, plus the 50 dollar initial charge. I went back and forth w communicating w parcel monkey and they explained ups will be in touch asap to explain. It’s now been about 2 weeks and I continuously messaged PM to see the current status, yet no reply. After 3 additional messages sent to continue checking status (all going unanswered) I simply disputed the additional charge privately through my own banking institution.
