My father had to go to his sister's funeral. I booked especially a straight flight from Jhb to Netherlands. But they moved his flight from the Friday to the Saturday with a flight that stop in Paris first. He missed his flight in Paris as well. Click to refund was very helpful and their service is good. Only thing thats can be a bit misleading is that on advertisements they say how much you can get back but don't mention they take about 29% of the amount. I think they should be more open on how much they take for their effort and work done.
