Title: Outstanding account manager — genuinely transformed my experience with Thryv
When Adam Gleeson first reached out to me, my account was in disarray. Things weren’t being followed up, no one was getting back to me, and the system wasn’t working the way it should. Adam’s call changed everything. Since taking on my account, Adam has been exceptional — helping me transition into the Thryv platform and marketing centre, integrating Keap, and overseeing a complete redesign of my website. Everything he has done has been handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. He takes things personally. He makes sure everything is done properly, and if something isn’t right, he finds the right person to fix it — no excuses, no delays. Beyond his professionalism, Adam is genuinely a wonderful person to deal with. Kind, polite, highly intelligent, and he really knows his stuff. He doesn’t just manage an account — he takes ownership of it. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for someone to handle their marketing and help their business grow. If you want someone who will take your business seriously and actually deliver results, Adam Gleeson is that person.
