cheap quality only works with good service
I liked that they are cheap and I didn't mind that they don't last while their service was good, but if they now don't replace a failed item due to a technicality it's time to change systems. LATEST UPDATE: Another charger burned out because the wire is too flimsy and short circuited. Black and Decker won't send me a new one, because I had opened the device (I would have been ok just fixing the short, but the electronics were burnt out.) previous UPDATE: this one developed a problem - B&D replaced v quickly = on the new unit the container is not as difficult anymore. initial review: This is the 4th or 5th of these that I bought. They are good value for money. They changed the design: slightly better suction, but the container is now more difficult to open. I had to use pliers...
