Great Service Experience!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with SGS company. I was worried I shipped to the wrong address, and the team immediately followed up to assist me. They proactively took the time to make aesthetic changes to my design which really enhanced the final product. We exchanged several emails back and forth, each time they were polite and genuinely helpful. I want to personally thank Gen and Nancy for making sure my order arrived ahead of schedule and for the great recommendations to the finished product. I ordered an acrylic heart keepsake for my daughter's military promotion, and she loved it. Continued success!
