the "tree" arrived bare rooted. I followed the planting instructions and watered accordingly. 4 months later I still have a "tree" that appears lifeless. According to their scratch test, it is not dead. It has no leaves or buds. It looks like a dead tree to me. (and my neighbors) No refunds given. They only offer in store credit. Why would I want anything else from them? Good Luck sending an email. They did not reply to mine. And phone calls are very slow. Be prepared to be on hold for a while. I suggest buying from a company that ships a potted living active tree. Order#621847
