Ripoff. I'm an experienced mechanic. I ordered a service and repair manual for a 2007 Honda Accord LX blend door actuator. I got a.ova file that requires another app that brings up a Windows xp screen and then loads the .ova. The manual has no wiring diagrams, no diagnostic instructions. False and misleading advertising. The reviews are obviously fake. The company refused to refund my $22.48. So, I filed a dispute with my chase visa account. Lots of excuses from e-manualonline but incredibly, no refund or legit pdf manual.
