The most skilled and friendly customer support I have ever experienced (and I am quite old!) Ongoing issue with licensing older software - I worked on it for hours over a couple of days. I kept sending SS what I'd done and the results. They read every word, no canned suggestions. I was close to upgrading my Mac when Elizabeth fixed it!!
