Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience - you cannot return an item for a refund, even though their website says you can within 14 days. This is their last response to me - I had to settle for this. Not a refund in my eyes. Stay far away from this company!!!! Thank you for agreeing to the partial refund. We’ve initiated a refund of 20% to your original payment method within 48 hours.
