Most useless courier ever. Parcels delayed, parcels lost, proof also use wrong photos, anyhow claim cannot reach customer when you don’t need to reach customer! Claim customer no pick up phone and cannot access location. Should remove this option for the drivers. Drivers seem stealing not accountable?? Delivery service is the worst, emailed them will ask you to talk to live agent. Live agent need to subscribe. Subscribe need phone number which need OTP that came a call from USA. Seems like collaboration with scam calls? Malaysia should remove this courier service. Seller should avoid them
