Stress free Japan trip planning with Amy
We had an exceptional experience working with Amy at UME Travel for our recent trip to Japan. From start to finish, the itinerary was incredibly well thought out, with every detail carefully planned. It made the entire trip seamless and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. What stood out most was Amy’s responsiveness and dedication. When our drivers were significantly delayed, she immediately stepped in to support us, troubleshoot the situation, and ensure everything was resolved quickly. That level of care and reliability made a real difference. We’re truly grateful for her support and would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a well-organized, stress-free travel experience.
