Shocking and belittling customer service. No help, billing and storage "resets" are not aligned, they happily take your money, but do not provide the service. This has resulted in over a weeks delay in trying to upload our bi-weekly podcast, stopping all momentum we had in its tracks. The automated message is simply "UPGRADE", but in reality we have already paid.
