My Issue
My Issue: Payroll Taxes, Unresponsive customer services including Implementing staff and the Chat Agent Completely Useless. ADP Was the worst company but this company made me feel like ADP was the second worst of all. They sent my employees local taxes to the other county, when i informed them about it, the implementation team said that they have it sent out to the upper management. Months passed and no response from the team. when i contact them about my inquiry, they email me with the same thing saying that they will send it again to the upper management and get back to me. This is like cat chasing a Mouse, and I am Sick of it. The chat agent are completely useless, what is the purpose of them when i inquire them about something they refer me to my implementation team, and when i email the implementation team, they email saying they will get back to me and they never do. I feel stuck and will be moving away from this payroll software. Do not use them if you want the problem i am having. Thank you and Please fix your system!
