Extremely Unprofessional Customer Service – Never Again
After countless issues with Nihao Jewelry, I can confidently say I will NEVER order from this company again. I have been a frequent customer, but unfortunately, their customer service has consistently been rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. Every time there’s an issue, they seem more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually helping their customers. One of the most unacceptable experiences was when I filed a complaint because an item I received did not match its description. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they conditioned their offer of store credit on me removing my negative review. I find it completely unacceptable that a company would pressure customers to remove honest feedback in exchange for compensation. Most recently, I placed an order that I never received. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful assistance. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, and Nihao challenged the dispute by submitting proof-of-delivery photos, even though I never received the merchandise. As a result, I lost both my money and the products I paid for. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have given this company multiple chances and continued purchasing from them despite previous problems. Customer loyalty clearly means nothing to them. I understand that mistakes, shipping issues, and product discrepancies can happen. What I cannot accept is the repeated lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect toward paying customers. After so many negative experiences, I am done giving this company my business. I genuinely regret continuing to order from them after the first few incidents. I DO NOT recommend Nihao Jewelry, especially to small business owners who depend on reliable suppliers. There are plenty of other suppliers who actually value their customers and stand behind their products.
