there website building platform is is bad
there website building platform is terribly flawed. they have an "ai" helper called alf but it is confusing and kind of stupid. it is not set up as user friendly. i have built 4 websites and this is just not easy. the alf bot does put together a site based on your input. that was fine. but it is very difficult to get the bot to make the changes i ask for. the biggest issue is telling it to delete one part of a section is very difficult. and finally, there is no undo or redo button. and it does not store any previous versions. so i accidentlly deleted a section and they could not rebuild it. i lost 3 hours of work. oh, and customer service is a joke. i will leave spaceship when feasable in the future.
