They won't cancel my subscription, order at your own risk but you were worned
I did a subscription and they sent me my first bottles of nmn and resveratrol and then my next bottles were supposed to come and they never showed up but yet I was charged so I got one of them like a month later the other one's six weeks late and I just want to cancel my subscription they tell me I have to log into the website to cancel I logged into the website there's no place to cancel my subscription there's no place to see my subscription and they keep trying to charge my card which I removed my credit card from the account and now I'm getting emails every week that they've tried to charge my card and it has failed I've emailed them seven times now and ask them to cancel my subscription and they keep offering me 10% off my next order I'm not ordering anymore you guys failed to send me the product charge me for it and never communicated why and eventually sent me the product 6 weeks late but I'd already found a different product that I've decided to use. If they would have canceled my subscription I would have maybe ordered it monthly but after going through this I'm not ordering from this company ever again. Don't do it they won't cancel your subscription if you subscribe it's so hard to get out of it I still haven't gotten out of it I've emailed them three more times and nobody will cancel it. So I removed my credit card from the account and now they just keep sending me emails they're trying to charge my account but charge has failed . I can't get out of it I don't know what to do.
