Olivia stated that they refunded my money. They literally shipped 15 botttles in less than two months. When I asked to return the unopened bottles, they stated that they do not accept even unopened bottles from customers with subscriptions. When I asked them to cancel my subscription, they ignored my request and sent 3 more bottles. They finally refunded $105 for those last botttles because I disputed the order with American Express and cancelled my card to stop them from continuing to bill me for product that I didn’t order. The product does not work as the company claims. It actually makes your skin even dryer. The customer service is terrible and the company is untruthful. Do not order from this company unless you just want to throw your hard earned money away. I don’t want to see others experience the financial loss that I did. I also don’t want to see any one else be inconvenienced by having to cancel their credit card to stop this predatory company from taking advantage of them and rushing multiple bottles through.
