Terrible experience with Seabay…
I’m disappointed with the service and pricing of Seabay Logistics. Their freight rates are much more expensive than other forwarders in the market. The sales Cathy gave inaccurate price information during communication. Worse still, they provide almost no after-sales support. I have to track all shipment status on their official website by myself without any help from their team. For high prices and poor service, I cannot recommend Seabay Logistics for freight cooperation.
