$900 Mistake — Damaged, Missing Parts, and Impossible to Assemble
I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand — it's telling that they don't link them anywhere on their website. This business is horrendous. I severely overpaid for a product that arrived with damaged parts, missing parts, cracked wood panels, insufficiently finished woodwork (bare wood is visible through the white paint), and assembly instructions that don't match the hardware I received. Assembly is simply not possible in the condition this product arrived. I have requested a full refund. If I don't hear back, I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company. This is the worst experience I've ever had ordering furniture. Save yourself the headache and stick to reputable companies.
