NO ORDER OR REFUND!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NEVER RECEIVED ORDER OR REFUND! Placed my order 2 months ago, they said it was delivered a month ½ ago. I never received it and I never heard anything back from customer service- no apology, no refund, nothing! They legit had no proof or way of confirming it was delivered - by who? No photo? I'm home and receive deliveries every day. I understand things happen with shipping but at least try and make it right and return my money. I'd never recommend them. I've told many people NOT to order from them because of this experience.
