1st of all... 169.11% intrest on a 3,500.00$ loan... over 14k would be paid by the end...Found out, in NC they actively dispute these charges to which many times once you pay off the loan that's it... at like 10 months loan could be paid and RISE is just ... not rolling the dice tho, not a guarantee I reckon but I have learned that a number of states consider this almost loan sharking and if laws were just a little different they'd be in prison...RISE thugs in suits...
