My heat press will be replaced with a new one
I bought a HTVRONT heat press a few months ago. I have contacted them twice via email, and on both occasions I had a quick response. The first time I was told the correct instructions about the use. This second time my heat press failed, I sent video about the problem and my heat press will be replaced with a new one. I'm really confident to acquire other equipment with them. Thank you.
