Japan trip in May
Communications were great via email and app. Organized from start with airline tickets, hotels, transportation and excursions. Hotels in general in all cities in Japan were extremely small; first two hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto had storage for luggage under the bed but the last hotel in Osaka did not have storage and very difficult to maneuver in the room. Excursions overall were good with great tour guides. For Mount Fuji trip, due to heavy traffic and delays they had to cut short on the tour and skipped one part (ropeway). I contacted the tour company but they refused to give partial refunds.
