Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with, mifo failed to tell me the earbuds were out of stock after paying for them, it took a few weeks after chasing them to tell me this, they took so long to arrive I ended up ordering some earbuds elsewhere, I asked for a refund and not to dispatch them but they delayed refund by offering extras and discount and ignoring my emails, they were delivered a few days later without discount or extras. I then requested to return and receive refund, which they eventually agreed to, returned item and havent had a refund or heard from them in 2 months. 5 months since I purchased them, disgraceful company.
