Orders not arriving and nobody to contact(resolved following reporting)).
Long time customer with many past orders. my last 2 orders never arrived. I tried contacting them through the help email and got no reply. Update: following submission of this review Threadless have reached out to me and have reshipped the content of the 2 packegaes that failed to arrive. It seems like Gmail is testing replies from the help email at threadless.com as spam and it might be the reason I did not receive a reply for my first attemt to reach out to them. Update #2: I have received the shipments. And the issue was resolved to my satisfaction(although in delay).
