Had an issue with a cell phone case.
Had an issue with a cell phone case I purchased and posted a less than ideal review of the product. I was contacted by a customer service representative (Liz) the next day who provided several options to mitigate my issue. She was polite and efficient and more than willing to help. The Caudabe products and quality products and though I was less than satisfied with a design feature of the product I purchased, the company was more than happy to allow me to exchange it for an alternate model that will more than meet my expectations.
